What we collect, and why.

This website

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of its own. It is served by our hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and the page requested) to run and protect the service.

When you contact us

The contact form prepares an email in your own email program; nothing is sent until you send it. We receive what you choose to include: usually your name, email, phone number, city, organization, how and when you would like to be contacted, and your message.

We use it to reply and to prepare for a first conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be.

Video evaluations

A member of the firm may send you a short video about your organization, on a page at app.blackshoreagency.com. When you open that page we record that it was opened, whether the video was played and how much of it was watched, so the person who made it knows when to follow up. Opening the preview image in the email counts as an open.

If you book a time from the page, we keep the name, email, phone number and note you give us, and use them only to arrange the conversation.

The videos are hosted by our video provider, Cloudflare.

Who sees it

The member of the firm who contacted you, and the people who lead their work. We do not sell personal information or share it for anyone else's marketing. Service providers who host the site, the videos and our email handle it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is useful to the conversation and our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us not to contact you again. Email us and we will reply personally.
